Past president (2011-2013) of PICPA-USA, San Francisco -Bay Area CPA Association. Tax and Accounting Consultant. Managing Partner of Global Accounting-Tax and Real Estate Services, LLC. Mr. Neri specializes in setting up accounting systems and software implementations specifically using Timberline, Mas 90-2000, Navision soft wares. Mr. Neri currently hold the position of Managing Partner of Datamatrix Tax & Accounting International. He held the position of Property Tax Manager at Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust (NYSE: SWAY)from 2012 to 2017. Most notable positions held by Mr. Neri in the past were: Interim Financial Controller at Wrist Group AG-US from 2010 to 2011. Special task force -Senior Accountant at Alameda County - accounting for stimulus funding provided by Federal & State in 2009 to 2010. Accounting Supervisor-Head of Development Division of Prometheus Real Estate Group from US 2005-2009. Controller/Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Engineering & Builders-US from 2002-2004. Job Cost Manager at Monterey Mechanical Company-US from 1995-2002. Corporate Loan Syndication officer -International Lending Division of ABN-Amro Bank -Amsterdam from 1981-1990. Senior Bank Examiner Central Bank of Philippines from 1975 to 1981. As entrepreneur he owned a Pawnshop in Makati, Philippines from 1983 to 1989. One hour Photo Processing Shop at Top of the Hill, Daly City 1991-1995. Golden 7 Stop & Shop-Grocery/Liquor store at Westborough, Daly City from 1995 to 2004. He has been practicing tax preparation in San Francisco-Bay Area since 1991. Mr. Neri is also a Tax and Estate Planner and prepare Living Trust Documents.

Mr. Neri holds an EA license from US IRS and has a CPA license with US credential accreditation. He also holds a Realtor License from US DRE-California. He obtained his BA degree-accounting from Xavier University and PSBA, Philippines, graduating cum laude. He placed number 18th in 1973 Philippines CPA Exam  He has 18 units of MBA and currently  working on his Master of Taxation course at Golden Gate University.

Arnold Bermudez,   EA, CPA  Director - President

PARTNER

Arnold Bermudez started his career as an auditor  and became a professional banker working with Bank of America for  for almost 19 years. Occupied various positions with Bank of America holding positions as an Auditor, Accounting manager Credit administrator, VP Operations Manager,VP Area Lending Manager, Head Branch  administration  and Division Head Credit,Collection Legal ,Recovery and Acquired assets. Sits in the management committee of Bank of America. Has work experience as a  Senior accountant with one  of the biggest Real Estate companies in the United states both in Commercial and Residential real estate properties. Passed government sponsored examination as a Certified Public accountant, IRS Enrolled Agent and Real estate Sales Agent.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Mario Mendoza has 30+ years in IT and the software industry, having worked in Silicon Valley giants such as Intuit, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Workday. With roles in support and product development at these companies, he's attained subject matter expertse in QuickBooks, Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft and Workday Financials. Later, he transitioned to customer implementations, doing production support and enhancements for the Workday platform for notable companies like EllieMae, Snowflake and eHealth.

Before moving to the Bay Area, USA in 1993, Mario earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. His career began as a market analyst for San Miguel Corporation, Beer Division and later advancing to staff assistant to the VP of Sales for Greater Manila Area.

Mario is an avowed lifetime learner and reader. He attended speed reading classes from Dr. Maria Theresa Calderon, who in 1968 was measured by Northwestern University as the fastest reader in the world. While keeping abreast of his extensive product curriculum, he’s taken Professional Writing courses at UC Berkeley Extension and is a Workday certified Security Pro.

In addition to his tech pedigree, Mario actively manages his financial investments and engages in property development and remodeling projects. He is a licensed general contractor in the state of California.

Raul Mansueto, CPA (PI)

Independent Contractor - In Charge of Las Vegas and all Nevada Operations

Mr. Mansueto is a business entrepreneur and a registered CPA in the Philippines; and a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada since 1986. Became American Citizen in 1993, and a practitioner in the field of accounting, appraisal, assessment and valuation. With 40 years plus of experience in management, audit, banking finance, budget, taxation, real estate litigation consulting, valuation and appraisal consulting; Mr. Mansueto had worked 11 years for Nevada Power Company in the property tax arena and earned an Assessment Administration Specialist professional designation from the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). He also achieved a Nevada State certified designation of Property Tax Appraiser, Certified General Appraiser (inactive status), and a licensed real estate Agent (inactive) in the State of Nevada. Earned a Bachelors degree in accounting from the University of San Jose – Recoletos, Philippines in 1966. Licensed as a CPA in the Philippines, 1971 – PRC reg#023085, State Certified Appraiser in Nevada 1992, and Certified General Appraiser in 1998. He has a mammoth of experience in international and consolidation accounting, controllership, finance, and taxation while working with multi- national firms such as: the Dow Chemical Company (south east asia region) SATCO Galaxy Catering services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Avery Dennison – Pasadena, California , and American Office Equipment (Minolta) in Las Vegas, Nevada
